Its Harry. He becomes the Green Goblin in the comics after the death of his father at the hands of Spiderman. So yes, he will be back.

On another note about the sequel. Mary Jane, Kirsten Dunst, is dating an astronaut. The name of the Astronauts name, although I cant remember it off the top of my head is the dude who brings the Venom virus to earth. As well as this you also have Eddie Brock in the film. He is the man who eventually becomes Venom, so I guess we are having another one after 2.

dont forget though that in the comic norman came back after harry was the goblin! I think the astronaut is J.J.Jameson's Son
